2. In-App Help

The mobile app includes a Help section under the Settings menu. You can find quick answers to common questions and submit a support request directly from your device.

4. Emergency Assistance

If you’re inside the park and need immediate help, please approach the nearest staff member or visit the Guest Services desk located near the main entrance.
