Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to ticket purchases and bookings made for MHA Waterpark, operated by Eshuzo Global Technology Private Limited (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider").


1. Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for unused tickets, no-shows, or changes in personal plans.


2. Weather Conditions

In the event of park closure due to extreme weather or natural disasters, guests may be eligible for rescheduling or a refund. Decisions will be made at the discretion of park management.


3. Technical Issues

If a booking fails due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, and the transaction is verified, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.


4. Cancellation by Park

If the park cancels an event or closes unexpectedly, affected guests will be notified and offered a refund or rescheduling option.


5. Group Bookings

Group bookings may be eligible for partial refunds if canceled at least 72 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply.


6. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email support@waterpark.com with your booking ID, contact details, and reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
